BOARDSOX BLACK FRIDAY SALE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective for purchases made during the Black Friday Sale Period only.

1. Up to 40% Off Selected Items

  • Selected products are discounted by up to 40% off the original price.

  • These items are final sale — no refunds or exchanges unless faulty. Store credit only.

  • Limited stock and no rainchecks.

2. Spend & Save Offer

  • Spend & Save applies only to full-priced items, inluding Surf Hats and our Zipperless Travel Bags.

  • Minimum cart values and discount tiers are advertised on the website during the sale period.

  • Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

3. No Double Discounts

To keep the sale fair for everyone:

Discounted items do not qualify for Spend & Save.
If a sale item is in your cart, Spend & Save applies only to the full-priced portion of the order.

4. Store Credit Only for Sale Items

Items discounted under the Black Friday sale can only be returned for store credit, unless faulty.

5. Faulty Items

Faulty or damaged items will be repaired, replaced, or credited as per our standard returns policy.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos.

6. Processing & Shipping Times

Due to high sale volume, please allow additional time for packing and shipping.

7. Custom Orders

Custom-length or made-to-order covers are not included in the Black Friday sale unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Custom orders follow normal terms and conditions.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Boardsox is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

9. Returns Shipping Costs

If a return is approved for store credit, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

10. Limited Stock

Black Friday items are available only while stock lasts.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it (we know… annoying… but Shopify doesn’t hold them).
