Returns + Exchanges
Boardsox Returns Policy
We want you to love your Boardsox gear, but if it’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:
🕒 Return Window:
All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
📦 Easy AU Returns:
Return shipping costs and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
🏄 Surfboard covers must be returned NEW and not have any wax on them - your refund or exchange will be rejected.
💸 Refunds, Credits & Exchanges:

Full-price items – eligible for Refund, Store Credit, or Size Exchange.

Sale & Discounted items (including bundles or discount code purchases) – eligible for Store Credit or Exchange only.

Faulty or damaged items – may be returned for a Repair, Refund, Credit, or Exchange (we’ll work with you to make it right).
🔄 Processing:
We’ll process your return as soon as tracking shows it’s on its way back to us. During busy periods (like sales, Black Friday & Christmas), please allow up to 48 hours after we receive your return for processing.
🎁 Bundles & Gift Cards:

Returning part of a bundle? The original discount will be removed, and your refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of the item(s) you’re keeping.

Gift cards are non-refundable – purchases made with a gift card can only be refunded to store credit.
⚠️ PO Box & Parcel Locker Returns:
Our system can’t generate return labels for PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a residential or business address when returning.
*If an item is received back at our warehouse and is deemed to be used, the customer will be notified, and we will return the goods at the customer's cost.
We want you to be 100% happy. In saying that, please choose carefully, as we cannot give a refund if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
ORDERED A WRONG SIZE COVER
We understand that sometimes you may not need an item or you might have made a mistake during your order. Customers must ensure they have purchased the correct size for their surfboard. If you have any doubts, please contact us using our customer chat support for assistance.- It is the customer's duty to return the item to our warehouse once the exchange has been approved
- Any additional fees for different sizes will be charged
- Shipping Fees will be applied again. (We are a small business and cannot afford to cover the costs of mistakes, unfortunately)
CHANGE OF MIND
We are not obliged to issue a refund, credit, or exchange if:
- The Customer changed their mind, decided they do not like the goods or they have no use for them
- The Customer found the same or similar goods elsewhere for a cheaper price
- The price of The Customer's purchased item is adjusted online or in-store and is now cheaper after the purchase date
- Exchanges on items is not part of our returns policy
For all change-of-mind returns, please ensure the following criteria are met:
- You notify us within 14 days of receiving the item you want to return
- The item was not discounted or on sale
- Item is to be returned in a new, unused* condition and in the original packaging within 30days * There is to be NO surf wax on the covers
Conditions of a change of mind return:
- The customer is responsible for paying the postage to return the item back to our Australian Warehouse
- Any original shipping charges will not be refunded
- Any pre-paid duties and taxes will not be refunded
Sale items return policy
Sale items are eligible for exchanges or store credit only; refunds are not applicable.
All requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery and be in the original condition with tags attached.
