Returns + Exchanges
We hope that you a love your new boardsox cover. We want you to be 100% happy. In saying that, please choose carefully as we are not able to give a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
EXCHANGES:
- If you would like to swap the style or length of your Boardsox, we can help you out easily.
- You will need to cover the postage costs yourself and ensure the item reaches us safely
- Items paid for using Afterpay cannot be refunded, A store credit will be supplied for refunds
- If you live outside Australia, and exchanging an item, please contact us before posting the product back to us, and wait for our confirmation
We do not offer and refunds for custom size orders. Please contact us if you have any hesitation or are unsure on what size to order. We will get back to you quickly.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with any full priced items you have purchased, you may return them within 14 days of delivery and under the below guidelines.
In the unlikely event that any of our products are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, Returns will only be accepted when:
- Within 14 days after receiving your order
- Items are in their original condition (no wax from your surfboard on inside of bag)
- Items are in their original packaging
Boardsox will not be responsible for return shipping costs in the case of change of mind or wrong sizes ordered - (other than faulty items) it is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.
- Sale items are not available for exchange or refunds under any circumstances.
- Custom orders will only be credited with a store credit. strictly no refunds on custom size orders.
- Returns, store credits and exchanges are made at the sole discretion of Boardsox
COMPLETE YOUR RETURN FORM HERE:
Once submitted, you will receive an approval email for your return including your return authorisation number and further instructions on how to send your return.
FAULTY ITEMS
Due to the nature of the printing process on canvas, there will be some differences in quality between each design and what may appear our website.
If any item is faulty or significantly different than described, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange return. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement can be issued first. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item, or in approved circumstances.
Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be reimbursed upon receipt.
We reserve the right to inspect the product, in cases deemed necessary, if reported as faulty before issuing either credit or refund. Allowing 14 days to be sent to our Head Office in Torquay, Victoria Australia.
All store credits or refunds for any return will be issued once received at our Australian returns address with relevant paperwork.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Items that do not comply with our returns policy will be returned to the customer and at the customers expense. This includes return items that have not been lodged through our returns form above prior to being sent back.
