Delivery & Shipping


All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ocean Grove, Australia. You get tracking information once your order is complete. 


Delivery times may vary depending on your location. The delivery times provided are estimates only and will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Please note -

  • Slings may take 3-4 days to be shipped as they are hand-made here in Australia.
  • Boardsox Canvas covers may take 2-3 days to be made as they are sewn here in Australia
  • Custom orders may take 2-7 days to make, depending on the order.

If you would like a cover urgently for a trip - please put your comments in the note box and choose express shipping.

    Correct Address/ Change of Address
    Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The address you enter at checkout will also appear in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.

    If you realise you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately—changes can only be made before your order starts processing.

    Once processing has begun, we may not be able to update your details. Boardsox is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or invalid address, and we are not liable for any resulting loss.


    All orders are shipped via  Australia Post.

    All orders are shipped with an Authority to Leave - if you do not want your order to be shipped with an Authority to Leave, please let us know in the note section upon checkout.

    Tracking.
     
    When your order has been processed & sent, you will receive an automated email with a Tracking Reference Number.


    Please allow up to 24 hours for this to register in the system, once you have received your shipping confirmation email, before tracking, as information may not be immediately available on the courier's website
     

    Returns & Exchanges

    We want you to be stoked with your Boardsox purchase.

    • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase (unless the item is faulty).

    • Exchanges for a different size are subject to stock availability. If your requested size isn’t available, we’ll issue you a refund instead.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

    • Items must be in as-new condition with no wax on the covers and or tags attached, unless faulty.

    • Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges.

    We recommend returning items via registered post, as Boardsox cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.


    Faulty goods must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item and returned within 30 days - Please read our Returns and Exchanges Terms carefully.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular-priced items may be refunded - sale items will not be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
